Maureen Murphy received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Major in Communications from the University of Calgary. Since then, Maureen has been trained to facilitate the InSights Discovery Program and is certified as an Executive Coach by John Mattone who was Steve Jobs former Executive Coach, and is recognized by the International Coaching Federation.
Since then, Maureen has had a successful and fulfilling career managing areas of Corporate Development such as Human Resources, Communications, Business Development and Sales Management. Within these roles Maureen has been responsible for proven ROI in terms of the bottom line as well as people development to ensure a positive and productive team and workplace culture to set company’s up for success. After 15 years of experience acting as the head gatekeeper of culture and profitable corporate development, Maureen is a true believer that the right people make all the difference to the bottom line of an organization. Clear mindset and motivation lead the way to a strong, lucrative future.
Maureen is an avid volunteer and philanthropist. An ambassador and volunteer for the Calgary Stampede for over 20 years, Maureen is proud of the city she lives in as well as the neighborly, genuine western communities Alberta holds. In her 15 years of Corporate Experience, Maureen has led and participated in raising over $1,000,000.00 dollars for charities around the city such as Parkinson’s, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Multiple Sclerosis, Steps for Life and numerous Mental Health organizations. Maureen believes in the power of community and chooses to use her talents and relationship skills to create a more enjoyable world to live in.

Elli Townsend - Executive Assistant
Elli appreciates all forms of communications.
This soon to be graduate of Athabasca University’s Bachelor of Professional Arts, Communication Studies program has spent the past decade immersed in all forms of communications. This includes sales and marketing, tourism, security, administration, and even a stint as a librarian at her local library. A career highlight, which Elli is particularly proud of, is her involvement with the Canadian feature film, One Week. Throughout her studies, Elli has enjoyed the diverse nature of communications, but it is privacy legislation that captivates her interest the most – especially in today’s digitally media world. Elli made her way to Canada from her homeland of Australia at the beginning of 2004 and fell in love instantly with Canada.
After a 10 month working holiday in the United Kingsom, Elli returned to Canada. It is her contribution as a volunteer member of the Canadian Red Cross Communications Team that demonstrates her commitment to the local community, Alberta, and Canada. Elli is passionate about performance coaching and is an integral part of the InSite's Team.
