Training and Development Programs Information

Leadership InSites 101: powered by InSite Performance Coaching LTD

Program Length: 6 months, structured as biweekly meetings (each meeting is two hour).

Cost: $7500 + GST for instruction (per person) includes access to tools used in the program, and certificate of completion (upon satisfactory completion of all course requisites). *Instructional hours are 24 hours per participant.

Program Outline:

* Session One: Leadership purpose – finding your compelling why 2 hours

* Session Two: Leadership foundations – values and ethics 2 hours

* Session Three: Present state analysis – learning how to objectively and subjectively measure your leadership effectiveness and impact 2 hours

* Session Four: Leadership competencies and life balance assessment 2 hours

* Session Five: Motivational value system and behavioral awareness theory 2 hours

* Session Six: Tuckman’s model of team development 2 hours

* Session Seven: Barrett’s Spectrum of leadership model and personal Leadership Values Assessment (LVA) 2 hours

* Session Eight: Personal confidence, delivery, and awareness 2 hours

* Session Nine: Conflict stages theory and resolution 2 hours

* Session Ten: Group moderation and facilitation 2 hours

* Session Eleven: Meeting rhythm and structure 2 hours

* Session Twelve:Building high performing teams for the future 2 hours

Upon completion of all program requisites (attendance at all sessions and demonstrated understanding of all concepts through the related exercises) a certificate of completion shall be issued to all participants. Should participants express that they need more time on a specific subject matter area or are struggling with the concepts discussed, more time will be allocated to that area at no additional expense, so long as such request is within reason.

* Session Ten: Setting strategic priorities 2 hours

* Session Eleven: Execution and accountability 2 hours

* Session Twelve:Decision making tools and processes, review 2 hours
